Diamond Jubilee
January 18th, 2010
As part of their Christmas & Diamond Jubilee event, i was asked to organise a portraiture event for the family. The shoot was on-site and i lugged my lighting equipments to Hotel Armada. It was a surprisingly fun filled event and surprised even me when some of the family members even stayed around after the official shoot for more photos! A simple event made most memorable by their participation. Below are some photos of the event.

Simon + May Han
December 27th, 2009
Time for an update. The month of December was an interesting one, of which i’m blessed with work. As we all know work and holidays don’t mix but i’m beginning to get used to it. With 15 holidays or so in the bag, i guess we’ve got not much choice, so here’s to wishing everyone a heartfelt Merry Christmas and cheers to a Happy New Year!
Below are highlights of Simon + May Hans wedding. You’ll probably remember their e-session shot about a 2 months ago but for those who haven’t seen them, just hit this link. More to come.

More to come.
Kon Sin + Lee Khing
December 1st, 2009
One of the more sunny weddings i’ve covered so far. Literally. Blue skies coupled with beautiful streaking clouds and the sun was just up enough making everyone warm and fuzzy. I remember wisemen saying something about how the weather of the brides wedding day is a reflection of the same weather when they were born? How true is that?

CM Leung’s KL Seminar
November 29th, 2009

About a month ago, i got wind of CM Leung coming to KL for a seminar and i enrolled myself. At the seminar, i was lucky enough to meet some established and popular photogs from the likes of Zach Chin and Jon Low. It was unfortunate i did not meet Kenneth Tan, perhaps in the future i may be lucky enough again. Some of the highlights include live demo of how CM goes about making people feel at ease during photoshoots. T’was an eye-opener indeed. I thoroughly enjoyed the session with his down to earth demeanor and the HK cantonese. He will be making another trip to KL again next year, sometime around February to conduct a workshop. So if anyone who haven’t, i recommend anyone and everyone to sign-up. Peace.
DVD cover art
November 28th, 2009
As part of my effort to differentiate myself, i’ve set out to make sure every piece of work is hand made to perfection. This includes the design of the dvd covers. Below is 1 piece of the puzzle that makes up the whole experience. I’m not one to clutter my designs, i just love them simple and spacious and as most artist will say, less is better.
